Nurturing Relationships

The #SPis40 campaign continues. This week, we’re highlighting the 1990 holiday card we produced for major shopping center developer The Rouse Company. Our main job for the retail real estate giant was supplying signage, logo/identity, print and broadcast advertising, leasing materials, etc. for their nationwide roster of premier shopping centers. However, it became a challenging and fun annual tradition to supply increasingly creative, unique holiday cards to help Rouse delight their stakeholders over the holidays. This year’s card incorporated packets containing real seeds for multiple types of flowers that recipients were encouraged to plant. Nurtured by a shared commitment to creative excellence, our relationship with The Rouse Company thrived for more than a decade. Check out the video.
