Our 41st year of serving clients is almost in the books. So we thought we’d look back on some of the year’s most memorable/challenging/fun jobs. In alphabetical order, then, we’ll start with BNSF. It’s always exciting to jump into a controversial national debate – in this case the proposed merger of UP and NS railroads, which BNSF opposes because it would quash competition and choice for shippers. Our work included microsites, flyers and talking points. And it’s not too late to tell the STB what you think: Urge not to merge!
