When we were engaged to help market a 400+ acre development, anchored by Nebraska Furniture Mart, with its 560,000-square-foot showroom and a 1.3-million square foot distribution center, it was pretty clear that size matters. So, when it was time to design a leasing sign to be placed on the property, somehow the normal plain rectangular leasing sign just didn’t seem adequate. The really big idea that made everyone stand up and cheer: a really big chair. Check out the result, now installed – and attracting the kind of attention that this incredible project deserves, from D Magazine and elsewhere.
The site stretches more than a mile along 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway, between Plano Parkway and Spring Creek Parkway. SullivanPerkins named the project Grandscape. We designed the logo and wrote, designed and programmed the website (grandscape.com). We assisted with the Vision Book, and we plan to help Grandscape stand out even more as the development gets on its feet.
