We’re excited to see Grandscape continue to take shape. We’ve completed several marketing tasks for this massive $1.5 billion mixed-use development in The Colony, Texas – including coming up with the Grandscape name and logo and designing the leasing website to attract tenants.

Grandscape does things on a grand scale (see our our 25-foot tall leasing sign), and the next phase is no exception: Grandscape is building a $45-million boardwalk dining district around an 11-acre man-made lake. One confirmed tenant is the Lava Cantina, a Creole-Mexican fusion restaurant that will include a 1,800-seat concert venue.
